Green Awareness Day / Week

What Is It?

Green awareness Day or Week is a planned event during which an organization will focus on educating employees, clients, and business partners on the importance of sustainable living.

The benefit of a Green Awareness Day or Week is building awareness and education among employees, clients, and business partners. Improving employees’ understanding of sustainable strategies and their benefits will maximize participation and morale and minimize environmental impact. Improved awareness can also benefit a company’s environmental image to customers who either already knew about green and sustainable practices or who discovered them through the awareness day or week.
